Team Building Nanshan Bamboo Sea: A Catalyst for Team Unity March , 2025

Caremoving Mobility recently hosted a team building at Jiangsu’s iconic Tianmu Lake Nanshan Bamboo Ocean.

Employees immersed themselves in nature’s tranquility while engaging in strategic activities designed to enhance teamwork and creativity.

Nanshan Bamboo Ocean, a UNESCO - recognized 5A scenic area, provided an ideal activity location with its 35,000 - mu bamboo forests. The event blended adventure and cultural immersion, starting with the “Forest Evolution” challenge. Teams solved puzzles, formed alliances, and embraced adaptability, mirroring workplace dynamics. A visit to the Bamboo Culture Museum allowed hands - on bamboo craftsmanship ,experience bamboo forest life, dig bamboo shoots and other activities aimed at enhancing team cohesion, encouraging relaxed camaraderie.
